I’m offering a few more spaces on my TRANSFORMATION CAMP which is initially a 8 week course with the option to carry on.
The 8 week course involves exercises to burn fat and change shape. All exercises are safe and effective! I’ve had clients with hip, lower back, arthritis, re-occurring injuries, high blood pressure issues take part and most importantly got the results they wanted.
You can do as many of the sessions for £50 per week. Obviously the more you do the quicker the results!
I will be in charge of every workout on the following days and times …
Monday 8.30am and 6.30pm
Tuesday 7.30am and 7.00pm
Thursday 8.30am and 6.00pm
Sunday 8.00am and 10.00am
