This 8 week course involves exercises to burn fat and change shape. All exercises are safe and effective! I’ve had clients with hip, lower back, arthritis, re-occurring injuries, high blood pressure issues take part and most importantly got the results they wanted.
Sports massage therapy helps to soothe the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. Where minor injuries occur, due to overexertion or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively.
When the bootcamp is based in the gym we use every piece of kit available so it helps to give you ideas whilst working out on your own. During the summer months, Bootcamp is normally held outdoors at one of the local parks in and around Mansfield.
