Lifestyle transformation course is simply designed to change the way you look by reducing inches, firming up muscles and losing body weight over a short period of time. All clients who have taken part have all reduced inches, reduced BMI, reduced blood pressure and most impotently improved their health through keeping fit.
Week 1 consists of taking body measurements, body weight, height, photos and dietary advice.
Week 2-6 focus is on building strength and improving cardio vascular levels. (the results start to show)
Week 7-12 Focus is onto using lots of different types of free weight exercises and focusing on functional fitness.
Week 12 onwards is all about setting challenges for clients to complete.
