Sophie Wells, MBE.

Sophie is a member of the Paralympics Dressage Team and has a rigourous and punishing exercise programme she must go through to maintain her fitness.  

Gary

Gary has recently undergone a knee replacement and needs to do certain exercises to ensure his rehabilitation goes well. Here I take him through a few simple exercises that will assist him in his recovery.

Jack

Jack is one of the junior players at Mansfield Town Football Club. He trains regularly with me to build his strength, balance and overall fitness in his pursuit of one day fulfilling his dreams of becoming a professional footballer.

Chris Vasper

Chris is currently in training for the ‘Marathon Des Sables’ and needs to urgently strengthen his knees, so I have put together some exercises he must do in order to achieve his goal as this video demonstrates.
